Event Details

When?

The weekend will begin on October 4, 2024 at 4 PM with registration, dinner, and the opening session.

The weekend will conclude on October 6, 2024 at 1 PM with lunch after the closing session.

Who is on the line up?

The line up for this event includes Sal & Linda Arico, Paul Brinkley, HISong, Daniel Ginn, Kevin Guigou, John & Nikki Kano, Veda Moore and others.

What should I bring?

All sessions will be held outside, so plan to dress in layers.

Lodging consists of cabins onsite. Cabins have full kitchens and bathrooms, but you will need to bring the following items: bedding (sheets and blanket or sleeping bag), pillow, towels.

Registration info:

$250 registration includes all meals, lodging, and helps to cover other event related costs.

(Registration is the same for onsite and offsite.)

When registering, you will be asked to select a task to assist with during the weekend. We thank you in advance for helping as there is no onsite service staff.

Transportation info:

Augusta Regional Airport is the closest airport to the venue at 45 minutes drive time.

Atlanta Airport is the farthest airport from the venue at 2 hours drive time.

Refunds:

Refunds will be granted within 48 hours of registration. No refunds will be granted after September 1, 2024.
